Soccer Camp Accessory Strength Sessions


This camp is for athletes attending the Men's or Women's Soccer Camps June 26-29, 2017.  Our goal as a strength and conditioning staff is to provide athletes with quality instruction and execution of various exercises targeted specifically to soccer, general athleticism, and injury prevention to improve the athlete. The purpose of our training session between practices and games is to promote active recovery in the athlete by increasing blood flow to the muscle, decrease residual fatigue, and to prevent decreased range of motion of muscles between practices and games.
