How much is your conference and what is included?

Our standard pricing for a youth conference is only $110 for a 3-day conference! Please refer to our sample schedule to see what is included along with what activities can be booked for an additional fee.

How can I check availability?

Feel free to call our office or fill out our inquiry form and one of our staff will get back to you!

 

How do we reserve our spot?

Reach out to our office by calling or filling out our online inquiry form to begin your reservation process.  Please note that your spot is not reserved until we have received your security deposit and a signed contract.

 

Where we will be staying?

Room assignments are dependent upon availability.  Groups are hosted in Dixie State's dorms either Nisson Towers or Campus View Suites.  

Do your staff stay overnight?

Our staff do not stay on campus overnight.  Youth Groups are responsible to provide their own chaperones.

 

Can I change my participant count?

Conferences are required to submit their Estimated Participant Count at the time of booking.  This number is used to arrange food services, housing, activities etc.    

 

What if I want to hold a conference/workshop that is not listed on your site?

We would love to assist you in making your event the best it can be! The sky is the limit when it comes to hosting at DSU. Please contact us directly and we will help you fine-tune all the details that go into holding a successful event at Dixie State University.
